Location
The Star Sydney is located at 80 Pyrmont Street, Pyrmont NSW 2009.
On the main gaming floor, Star Poker Sydney is located at the southern end of the Main Casino Floor.
Our secure underground car park is designed with the latest directional parking technology so you can easily find a space. It's all part of our commitment to ensure you have an enjoyable experience at The Star Sydney.
The Star Sydney car park is accessible via two Entrances:
- Main Entrance - 55 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont 2009
- Members Entrance - 2 Edward Street, Pyrmont 2009
Please note that we do not have parking available for tall vehicles (over 2.0m).

The Star Club membership card must be used when entering and exiting the carpark. Use of the carpark is subject to parking spaces being available and accesses being granted.
BRONZE & SILVER MEMBERS
Earn Free Parking
- Insert your Membership Card into the ticket machine when entering the carpark
- Play, stay or dine with your Membership Card and earn 5 Tier Points. Use The Star App to track your progress towards free parking!
- Once earned, simply use your Membership Card to exit the carpark for free!
- Press "cancel amount" on the ticket machine before inserting your Membership Card as you exit.
GOLD MEMBERS
Parking is complimentary for Gold Members! Enter and exit the car park with your Membership Card.
PLATINUM & DIAMOND MEMBERS
There is complimentary priority parking located on level 2 exclusively for Platinum and Diamond Members. Get the VIP treatment and enter/exit the car park via Edward Street.
CASUAL PARKING RATES
Our parking rates per 6-hour period (or part thereof) are as follow.

After your 6-hour period expires, an additional 6-hour period will be charged. In the event of a lost ticket, a maximum daily rate of $85 per 24 hours period will apply. Motorbikes are a flat rate of $7 per 24 hour period.
PARKING FOR HOTEL GUESTS
$40 flat rate is charged for every 24hr period. Present your parking ticket to the hotel concierge upon checking in to validate.
VALET PARKING
Hotel Valet
- Sunday to Thursday: $50
- Friday, Saturday & Public Holidays: $60
Non-Hotel Guest Valet
- Sunday to Thursday: $75
- Friday, Saturday & Public Holidays: $85
Take a short walk from Town Hall to The Star Sydney over the Pyrmont Bridge. It only takes about 15 minutes.
The Star Sydney has bicycle (pushbike) parking facilities via the Pirrama Rd entrance car park located on level P3.
Sydney Light Rail
Take the Sydney Light Rail from Central Railway Station. The light rail departs from Central Station via Darling Harbour to The Star Sydney 7 days a week.
Service Frequency
- Monday to Thursday: every 10 - 15 minutes from 6am to 11pm.
- Friday: every 10 - 15 minutes from 6am to midnight.
- Saturday: every 15 to 25 minutes from 6am to midnight.
- Sunday: every 10 - 15 minutes from 7:30am to 11pm (every 25 minutes from 6 to 7:30am)
Overnight Service Frequency
- Sunday to Thursday: every 30 minutes from 11pm to 6am.
- Friday and Saturday: every 30 minutes from midnight to 6am.
Buses
Route 389 now operates between North Bondi and Pyrmont.
Ferry
Take the ferry Ferry services operate 7 days a week from Circular Quay and stop at wharves a few minutes' walk from The Star Sydney.

Luxury Limousine
If you would like to travel in luxury to and from The Star Sydney, book an affordable limousine service with Royale Travel. The luxury limousine sservice is a 24 hour service, so you can plan your trip any day or night. They have a range of sedans, stretch limousines and luxury coaches, either for individuals or larger groups. What is The Star Express?
The Star Express is a network of chauffeured coaches that operate on dedicated routes between The Star and key suburbs across greater Sydney. Routes operate on scheduled timetables, beginning as early as 7:30 am and departing from The Star as late as 1:00 am.
Who can travel on The Star Express?
Members of The Star Club can travel on The Star Express for free! The service is provided to be your most economical, convenient and reliable mode of transportation between The Star and your home, ensuring you enjoy all that The Star has to offer, without worrying about your return home at the end of your experience.

Do I need to reserve a seat?
While it is not necessary to reserve a seat ahead of time, we encourage you to contact The Star Express ahead of pick-up times to reserve your seat by calling 1800 ROYALE (1800 769 253).
Additional Information
The Star Express services depart from The Star bus interchange, located adjacent to the Light Rail, underneath The Star.
CAR PARKING
Disabled parking bays are conveniently located close to the car park entrance lobbies. Look for the individually identified bays.
RESTROOMS
All restrooms in The Star offer easy access to toilet facilities for those with special needs and disabilities.
HOTEL ROOMS

THEATRES
